ATHLETE-SPECIFIC STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING
Experienced working with volleyball, soccer, basketball, golf, tennis, rowing, softball, baseball, archery, track and field
Each athlete and each sport is different, which is why I take it seriously to make sure I understand the needs of their sport and train them accordingly. My experiences as an intern in University S&C departments in the US and the UK have prepped me to provide this service. This service is designed for athletes looking to improve in their sport. This will be highly specialized and individualized based on sport, position, training/competitive schedule and more.

This is a practice that is often overlooked in the field of strength & conditioning. This is important because this is the best way I can get to know the needs of your body as an S&C coach.This is done through testing movement patterns of the individuals so I can personalize each program and can make the most effective workout programs.
